Steve & Kim founded the City of Refuge and are the current directors of both the orphanage and the coffee plantation that is on the land. The coffee plantation allows the orphanage to be self-funded.

These are of the land that a Teen Challenge men's center will be built on in Kingston, Jamaica. The land was donated and is undeveloped and they had to wade through a river to get to the site they will be building on.
