Rick Souza, president and founder of Aerie, Inc. is an ordained minister and missionary with the Assemblies of God World Missions.  Rick assists churches, Bible schools, orphanages, Teen Challenge centers, etc., with strategic, long-term planning, master plan development, ministry development in relation to facilities, etc., and leadership training.  In addition to planning, he leads teams to work on the actual construction of churches, Bible schools, educational facilities, family camps, orphanages and Teen Challenge centers around the globe.
