Dear Aerie,
We are truly in love with our home! If we had to do it over again we would change nothing. Neither of us hesitate to say that this will be our home for the rest of our lives, and we know that the quality that you put into it enables us to make that statement. From day to day we are constantly reminded of the small features that you added to the structure and the design of our house that make it durable and livable. We have remarked numerous times to visitors that you could have built the house without many of these features and we wouldn't have known any better, but we now see that they add much to the livability of the house. You also get an "A" for professionalism. During construction, you always let us know you were the contractor and it was your job to take care of all the little details. You never asked us or caused us to do any part of your job. We are proud to say that we live in a "Souza-built" home.
